EZ Deck Panels – Returns Policy

At EZ Deck Panels, we take pride in providing high-quality, durable, and easy-to-install decking solutions. However, if you need to return a product, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.
• Custom-made or bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your EZ Deck Panels arrive faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
• In most cases, we may request the return of the faulty item for inspection.
• If you install your decking and there appears to be an issue, you must send photos to customerservices@ezdeck.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. You will need to accompany the photos of the issue with a detailed description. We may also ask for proof that the deck is level and that the installation procedure has been followed correctly. This may include a scheduled site visit to verify.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you no longer need the product or ordered the wrong size:

• You can return the item, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• A restocking fee of 15% will apply.

4. How to Return a Product

1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@ezdeck.co.uk with your order details.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or bespoke EZ Deck Panels.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or used.
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
