At EZ Deck, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a safe and timely manner. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how our delivery process works and what you need to do to prepare for your delivery.

Delivery Method

• We use a trusted courier service that provides kerbside delivery as standard.
• Where possible, the driver will attempt to bring the delivery as far onto your property as practical, but this is not guaranteed.
• Deliveries will be photographed and location-tracked for traceability.

Delivery Vehicle & Offloading

• Deliveries are made using a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) equipped with a tail lift.
• The driver will use a hand-operated pallet truck to move the pallet to the kerbside.
• Your order will arrive banded together on a double pallet with approximate dimensions of 2.4m x 1.2m.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure of the following:

• You (or a representative) must be present to accept the delivery at the agreed time.
• The delivery location must be accessible for an HGV. If the driver is unable to reach your address due to road restrictions, your delivery may be delayed or require alternative arrangements at your cost.
• Access roads must be free from obstructions, including:
  • Overhanging trees or low branches
  • Narrow streets that do not accommodate an HGV
  • Parked vehicles blocking access
• The driver cannot manually unload or assist with moving the panels beyond the kerbside drop-off point.

Failed Deliveries

If the delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, no one being available to accept the order, or other unforeseen issues, redelivery charges may apply.
